Sorry for the pain he'll go through,

and the dreams he won’t get to pursue.

I feel sorry he won’t get to see the world as it once was.

I feel sorry for the girl getting born tomorrow.

All the things she has to learn 

and all the things she simply has to know.

I feel sorry she won’t express freely.

And I am truly sorry that she won’t know the real he.
